Welcome in the student apartments Lohtor in the city center of Heilbronn.
Before renovation in 2015, the building was a hotel. All rooms have been rebuilt into student apartments.
All rooms are fully furnished, most have their own bathroom and a kitchenette. Details on the room´s furnishing can be found here. Shared apartments are also available in the house.
The residence welcomes students, interns and thesis students from all parts of the world and offers a pleasant studying atmosphere while living in the heart of the city between the town hall of Heilbronn and Campus Europaplatz. The building is situated in the city center at the river Neckar. Numerous cosy coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. Find more details on the location here.
On the ground floor of the building you will find three public
restaurants which are looking forward to serving you.
Facing the Neckar, the restaurant and cocktail bar Sausalitos
offers mexican food as well as delicious cocktails.
Next to it is the cosy coffee bar Wohnzimmer.
It offers daily breakfast buffet and all-day dining as well as coffee and cake. During summer, you can enjoy
your coffee or cocktails also sitting outside along the river Neckar.

Sushi Lounge with the best sushi in town.
The house offers an elevator, a wash room with washing machines and dryers as well as a garage and bike parking facilities. A modern fire detection system takes care for your safety. In addition, an innovative heating heating concept protects the environment: a combined heat and power unit produces electricity. The waste heat of the machine is used to heat the building.
